Pitaya is a small, family feeling coliving in Arrecife, the capital of Lanzarote. We are next to El Charco de San Ginés, the old fishermen's lagoon in the historic centre. It is a quiet, local neighbourhood. Not a tourist area. Cafés, restaurants, shops and the beach are all a short walk away. The airport is only 7 km. The coliving is three flats in the same building, with nine private rooms and never more than 12 people. Small enough that everybody knows your name. Every room has natural light and its own workspace. From extra large king size rooms to cosy singles. The shared spaces are made for living and working together. A coworking open 24/7 with 1 Gb fibre. Two full kitchens. A dining area where we share our family breakfasts and dinners. And a living room with a projector for movie nights. The atmosphere is calm and balanced. During the day the house is a place to focus, so it stays quiet. In the evenings and at weekends, it is time to cook together, go to the beach, hike or explore the island. Before you arrive, you join our community chat. So when you walk in, you already know the people you are going to live with.
